1. Women transformed from representatives to decision-makers: 77 Women Elected Representatives strengthened, with 75% actively participating and 74% attending all GP meetings, countering low participation of women in local governance.

2. Community leadership scaled through women’s collectives:
931 women mobilized via Nari Jagaran Committees, creating 200+ active grassroots leaders and embedding NJCs into Gram Panchayat facilitation teams.

3. Gender-based violence addressed at the community level:
165 GBV cases handled in 1.5 Years till December 2025, 105 survivors integrated into collectives, and 100+ awareness camps annually, shifting response from silence to collective action.

4. Local democracy revitalized from paper to practice:
250+ neighbourhood meetings annually and 130+ community plans submitted, leading to effective Gram Sansads in 56% of constituencies.

5. Public budgets made gender-responsive:
Women & child development allocations rose from 3.58% to 5.89%, with 6.2% growth in gender integration across GP sub-committees, addressing historic underinvestment in 4 GPs of Birbhum.

6. Plans translated into action:
Community demands resulted in 205 street lights, police patrolling in hotspots, women’s toilets, change rooms, breastfeeding spaces, children’s parks, and livelihood assets in 4 GPs of Birbhum in 3 years.

7. Livelihoods strengthened through women-led enterprises:
333 families supported, 44 women entrepreneurs launched businesses, 5 production units operational, and Metho established as a women-owned collective brand.

8. Children institutionalised as citizens, not beneficiaries:
Child Parliaments in 22 schools, 465 elected children (53% girls), and 475+ children presenting priorities directly to Panchayats.

9. Youth and adolescents engaged as agents of change:
850+ boys and 700+ girls engaged annually, with 200+ adolescents participating in Sansads and 200+ youth leading social action.

10. Next-generation leadership pipeline created:
Through Icchedana Fellowship, 50 youth leaders mentored, each implementing independent community projects impacting 5,000+ people.

11. Skills translated into sustainable livelihoods:
191 youth trained (75% women), 10 enterprises launched, and a Production Incubation Centre established, bridging the gap between training and market access.
