Equidiversity Foundation is a feminist, civil society organization working in three districts of South 24 Parganas, Birbhum and Purulia since 2016 and in Kolkata in recent years.
We are working towards gender equality (particularly in the areas of decision making and inclusive participation in governance) while promoting diversity.

Mission: Equidiversity Foundation envisions a society where there is gender equality, co-sharing of power and freedom from gender-based violence.
Vision: Equidiversity Foundation is committed to create an environment that promotes gender equality through political, social and financial empowerment with active informed participation of individuals (particularly women and girls), the community and the state.

Accepting Self & Embracing Others is a comprehensive emotional development programme designed for senior school students and young adults.
Icchedana
Ichhedana Fellowship- A youth leadership pathway where ideas become action and young changemakers create lasting community impact.
Swabhiman
Swabhimaan is a gender-transformative, enterprise-oriented livelihoods programme that supports marginalised youth especially adolescent girls and young women to transition from vulnerability to economic self-reliance and dignity of work
